Ongoing Projects
Below are a few of Fire Sprinkler, LLCs active projects.
Vanderbilt University - 100 Oaks
This long-term renovation involved retrofitting an existing retail mall and converting it to medical office facilities. The first floor of the mall will remain retail, with Fire Sprinkler making several empty areas into 'white box' retail spaces while others were built-out to tenant specifications. The second floor will be occupied by Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2009. This job consists of over 3000 sprinkler heads, eleven standpipes, six hose stations, and multiple system variables.
Cool Springs Life Sciences
This several phase project south of Nashville is a design/build of a medical manufacturing and business facility consisting of several buildings. This project is unique for the stringent controls to ensure that the job remain free of possible contaminants.
Gateway Village Flats
This project involves several luxury condominium buildings in a mixed retail/residential development. This is one of several condominium and town home projects Fire Sprinkler, LLC is involved with.
Williamson County Courthouse
This project is a complex renovation of the historic Williamson County Courthouse starting in the spring of 2009. Fire Sprinkler, LLC is designing and installing a retrofitted system to bring the Courthouse safely into modern code compliance. This system will be a mixed wet/preaction system designed around the existing joists and interior brick walls of the building.
Grace Community Church
This project is an addition to an existing church. Fire Sprinkler installed a new lead-in to the building and tied the new system into the existing church structure.
D9 Office Condos
Located in Historic Downtown Franklin, TN, D9 office condos involved a new lead-in with exposure protection, deluge valve, attic coverage and wet system.
